Oh, and also did some ab work! I think I had them at one point, but one computer rebooted and I lost everything, and then it died, and then my most recent computer was stolen. When I found out that Zuzana was coming out pkwer a set of cardio DVDsI knew it would be something worth checking out since I love her online workouts so much.

And the angles of the videos are getting more and more like porn than actual workout videos. Workout 3 was a struggle ahhhh. The demos are a few minutes long and are at the start of each workout.
